Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. So we offer a full refund up to 2 weeks in advance of any tour you book, and a 50% refund up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel for any reason within 48 hours of your tour, we will give you a credit to use at another time.
Weather Policy
In case of severe weather, we may decide to cancel a tour. In these rare cases, we will alert everyone who booked the tour by text message and/or email. If there is a light rain or other moderate weather conditions the tour will likely go on as scheduled. If we decide to cancel due to any weather conditions, all ticket holders will be allowed to reschedule or receive full credit for a future tour.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Tour participants shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Curious Cape May from and against any and all liability, loss, expense (including, without limitation, all costs and attorneys’ fees), or claims for injury arising out of or in any way connected with tour events, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any person or persons.
Other Policies
Participants must sign a waiver at the start of the tour before riding. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them.
